Fast Fulfillment Rate

Join us in our 11.11 Our Biggest Sale of the Year! Our 11.11 campaign is one of the mega campaigns that we have and we would expect a larger volume of traffic and sales during that period.

To be eligible to participate in this campaign, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Seller Rating: More than, or equal to 70%;
  • Fast Fulfilment Rate: More than, or equal to 60%;
  • Product Quality Rate: More than, or equal to 4.2;
  • Cancellation Rate: Less than, or equal to 6%.

Please monitor and improve these metrics in order to qualify for this campaign. You can monitor these metrics in Seller Center > Account Health.
