Tips for faster fulfilment during 6.6 Campaign.

Faster Delivery = Happier Buyers!

• Pack and Segregate your parcels according to each assigned logistic partner. Pro Tip: Use First Mile 3PL tool via Seller Center

• NJV Parcels: Sellers on NJV or other sellers on other 3PLs.

Drop off your parcels at any nearest NinjaVan drop-off point. Encouraged for sellers with <10 parcels and small size (L+W+H = <80 cm).

• SpeedPost Parcels: Sellers on SpeedPost

Drop off your parcels at any POPStop (available in all Singapore Post Office)

• SingPost Parcels: Postal Mail (untraceable)

Have postal stamp ready and ensure parcel is within Postal Mail dimension limit before handover.

• Handover to the right 3PL. Ensure trackable parcels are scanned upon handover (drop-off or pickup) to ensure parcel status is updated accurately.
