[Important] GST Rate Change as of 2024 (From 8% to 9%)

With effect from 1 January 2024, the Goods & Service Tax (GST) rate will be increased from 8% to 9% in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act 2022.

The adjustment of GST will apply for all seller-related fees as of 1 January 2024, 0000h. Please refer to the following for the list of key impacted transactions:

• Payment Fee
• Commission Fee (LazMall, Marketplace, Preferred Sellers)
• Program Fees - Free Shipping Max, Everyday Cashback, SPA
• Shipping Fee Charges
• Fulfilled By Lazada (FBL) Handling Fees
• Fulfilled By Lazada (FBL) Storage Fees
• Budget top-ups to Sponsored Discovery & Sponsored Media wallets
• Affiliate Program – Sponsored Affiliate
• Campaign Packages – Mega Campaigns, Black Friday Cyber Monday, etc.
