Introduction to the Seller Engagement Team

Waylon Chua, Head Of Seller Engagement

Being the Head Of Seller Engagement, Waylon is in-charge of all aspects within Lazada’s Seller Engagement department. To make things go as smoothly and painless for the sellers, the department’s responsibilities include Seller Education and Training, Seller Communication, Seller Community, Seller Events, Service Marketplace, and Online Marketing. 

Having put all his time and efforts into ensuring that Lazada Sellers get the best support on the platform, Waylon enjoys coffee brewing and Gundam Model Kit making, a new hobby picked up during the COVID-19 pandemic, in his free time. 

Carina Lum, Seller Engagement for Communications and Communities

Responsible for drafting and designing collaterals for Seller Communications and Seller Marketing, Carina also handles the team’s Communication calendar, making sure everyone knows what’s coming up. Managing the seller community on Lazada Seller page, she makes sure informative and up-to-date content is posted on these communities. 

Away from her duties in communication, Carina spends time baking delicious goodies and going food hopping, feasting on mouth-watering delicacies.

Kaiwen Liew, Seller Engagement Training & Event Administrator

The team member tasked with helping out new sellers, Kaiwen is in charge of scheduling seller training, seller events, and managing the training content on Lazada University. One of the team’s designers, she also designs collaterals for Lazada University and various events.

You will catch Kaiwen gaming during her off days, or trying out new matcha blends and cooking up a delicious storm at home. 

Natalie Low, Seller Engagement for Communities and Seller Branding

The newest member of the team, Natalie manages the seller community on Lazada’s Facebook page, making sure crucial information is up to date. Natalie also aids in solving sellers’ issues, such as new sellers’ questions, campaign questions, or logistics. She also manages the various social media accounts for the seller team, including Facebook Groups and Pages, Tik Tok, and Instagram. 

In her free time, Natalie enjoys aerial yoga.
