We heard your feedback and concerns regarding the Cancel-at-RTS feature and we are here to address four of your most pressing concerns:
- Buyers will cancel parcels which had been RTS-ed, and sellers must agree to it — Not true!
- Sellers must retrieve the parcel when it is ready for handover, or had been handed over to from Lazada logistics partners — Not true!
- Cancel-at-RTS makes it easy for buyers to cancel orders and will increase sellers’ cancellation rate — Not true!
- How will I receive notifications to respond to buyers’ requests? — Email notifications!
